Primo Promotion (“Primo”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing and creative agency based at Ggaba Rd, Kabalagala, Kampala, Uganda. We are responsible for the personal information handled through this website. For any question about this policy, contact us at info@primopromotionug.com.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to keep the site secure:

• Contact enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), the topic you select, and your message.
• Package bookings. Your name, email, phone number, the package you select, and its currency and amount.
• Technical data. Your IP address and standard request metadata, used to rate-limit forms and protect against spam and abuse.

We do notcollect or store payment card numbers or Mobile Money PINs. When you pay online you are redirected to Pesapal’s secure checkout to enter those details — see Payments below.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or quote you asked for.
• To process and fulfil package bookings, including onboarding and project delivery.
• To send service-related communications such as confirmations and follow-ups.
• To protect our website against spam, fraud, and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Online payments are processed by Pesapal, a licensed payment gateway, using Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel) or debit/credit cards. When you choose to pay online you are taken to Pesapal’s own secure checkout — your card and Mobile Money credentials are entered there and are never seen or stored by Primo.

For our own records we retain the booking details (name, email, phone, package, amount, currency, and payment status) but never the payment instrument itself. Pesapal processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate this website. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service:

• Pesapal — payment processing for online bookings.
• Resend — delivery of enquiry and booking notification emails to our team.
• Our hosting and database providers — to run the website and securely store enquiry and order records.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see Your rights.

You can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop sending you non-essential communications.

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use only the essential storage needed for the site to function. Any change to this will be reflected here.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including transport encryption (HTTPS), input validation, and rate limiting. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
