Terms of Service

Primo Promotion provides digital marketing and creative services — including websites and web apps, branding strategy, SEO, digital marketing, content, and creative solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

You can book a package in two ways: submit a request and our team contacts you to confirm scope, or pay online to reserve your package immediately. Either way, we review your requirements and reach out — typically within 2 hours — to finalise details and begin onboarding. A booking becomes a confirmed engagement once scope and price are agreed in writing.

• Package prices are shown on our website in USD and UGX and confirmed at booking. Prices may change, but a confirmed quote is honoured for its stated validity period.
• Online payments are processed securely through Pesapal using Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel) or debit/credit card. Card and Mobile Money details are entered on Pesapal’s secure checkout, never on our site.
• Monthly packages are billed each month and continue until cancelled in line with your agreement. One-time packages are charged once for the agreed scope.
• Where a project is booked for later invoicing, payment terms are agreed in writing during onboarding.

Selected packages include a 30-day money-back guarantee as described on that package. Beyond any stated guarantee, refund eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the work completed. Contact us to discuss a refund request and we will respond in good faith. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods; fees already incurred for work delivered are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

To deliver our best work, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate information and the content, access, and approvals we need, on time.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any materials (logos, text, images) you supply to us.
• Use our website and services lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or abuse them.

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you — except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools and methods, which remain with their respective owners. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published here, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
